Shipping Information & Return Policy

All items will ship same or next day from our warehouse located in Connecticut or California. Our e-store is currently set up to calculate shipping quotes based on our Connecticut warehouse, if you are located on the West Coast please call us to receive a shipping quote based on your location.

All orders placed via the phone are shipped same day or on the next business day. Depending on your location product will either ship from Connecticut or California.
We will accept most returns however they are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please let us know your situation and we would be happy to work with you.
